base, Pliant Plastics has added Fused Deposition Modeling rapid prototyping to
our capabilities list.
Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is a rapid prototyping process that produces 3D solid objects out of ABS directly from a CAD model.

This process provides a quick and inexpensive way
to generate prototype samples.

Prototype parts have 70% of the properties of an injection molded ABS part. |

Samples can be made in six colors (natural, red, black, green, blue, and yellow). |

Models can be produced to an accuracy of +/- .005". |

Prototypes can typically be delivered in two days or less. |
