General Assembly / Automated Assembly
We have post-mold value-add capabilities, such as press fitting components (compression limiters, metal dowels, etc). Automated or manually placed, we strive to find the best overall cost and quality solution for our customers. We can provide additional value-add services our customers may find valuable, such as kitting, pad printing, special packaging, etc.
Automated & Manual Tape Application
We have the ability to apply tape to our plastic parts to help locate larger parts in our customers’ assemblies. Using plasma or promoter as the primer, we can fully automate the taping process or manually apply. Our taped parts range from small clips to larger appliques to cover a wide variety of different products.
We have plastic-joining capabilities using multiple methods. Ultrasonic, laser, and heat staking, as well as others, are all technologies utilized in our welding process. They can all be done inside and outside of our clean room environment.
If you have the need for a product to be leak tested, we have the ability to 100% leak test our assemblies. We do this by using calibrated CTS equipment and pressure chamber technologies.
Clean Room Class 10,000
Our ISO 7/Class 10,000 clean room, as well as its own molding machines, allows us to manufacture and assemble medical-grade parts in a controlled environment. This environment ensures that our parts are delivered contaminate-free.
